Pasquale

Pasquale Vacirca – MEng, CEng, MICE, MBA

Pasquale is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years of international experience in the construction industry covering both technical and management roles.

His innovative approach towards new materials and technologies and his Value Engineering input have been instrumental in reducing delivery, operational and maintenance costs as well in improving quality and safety standards.

Pasquale is capable of combining his engineering expertise with management skills in order to coordinate processes and drive project stakeholders towards the accomplishment of important milestones.

In the ’90s he started his career working in Nigeria and Australia as a site engineer and continued to grow professionally in Italy offering engineering consultancies to both the public and private sectors.

At end of 2007 he moved to London on prestigious projects such as the Central St Giles by Renzo Piano and the Royal Academy and was a member of the engineering team during the construction of the world class Athletes Village (London 2012).

As a technical sales director for a UK advisory firm Pasquale developed innovative solutions for British and European clients.

After a short assignment in Australia and Iraqi Kurdistan in 2012/2013, he returned to UK and set up his own consulting firm to offer expertise and advice in the construction industry.

In 2021 he completed an MBA with Brunel Business School and was awarded distinction with a dissertation on “Service Specialisation Versus Service Diversification of European Contractors in The Multinational Construction Industry”. 

He is currently a member of the Brunel MBA Advisory Board and mentor for post-graduate students.
